A life built for your actual brain.

Autistic Integration Coaching for late-diagnosed and self-identified autistic adults who are done just surviving and ready to build something that actually works.

No commitment · 30 minutes · Let's see if we're a good fit

You've done the hard work of figuring out who you are.

This coaching isn't for people still asking "am I autistic?" It's for people who already know, and are ready to figure out what thriving actually looks like for them.

🧠

😮‍💨

You're exhausted from masking

You've spent years performing a version of yourself that doesn't fit. You're ready to stop, but you don't always know how.

You want practical, not inspirational

You don't need someone to validate your struggles. You need real tools and systems that actually hold up through the hard weeks.

🔁

You keep starting over

You build something that works, life gets hard, and you lose it. You want systems built for fluctuating capacity. Not neurotypical consistency

🌱

You're past diagnosis

Late diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or somewhere in between, you know who you are and you're ready for the next part.

You want to thrive, not just cope

You've spent long enough getting through the day. You're ready to actually design a life that fits.

This is not for you if...

  • You're still in early diagnosis and need clinical support

  • You're looking for therapy or mental health treatment

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

  • You're looking for ABA-style behavioral coaching

  • You want to become more neurotypical

A note on therapy vs coaching: Coaching is not therapy and is not a replacement for mental health support. If you're working with a therapist, coaching can complement that work beautifully, but it doesn't replace it. If you're unsure, we can talk it through on the consult call.

Coaching that actually fits your neurology.

Every coaching relationship looks different. These are the areas we most commonly work through together, but your priorities lead the way.

🎭

Unmasking and identity

Understanding who you are under the mask what you actually need, want, and value. Separate from what you learned to perform for the neurotypical world.

📢

Self-advocacy

Learning to articulate your needs clearly. At work, in relationships, with medical providers, and anywhere else the world expects you to fit a mold that doesn't fit you.

🌊

Nervous system regulation

Understanding your own patterns of dysregulation, building your toolkit for recovery, and designing your life to reduce unnecessary overload in the first place.

🛠️

Systems and daily life

Building routines, structures, and systems that work with your fluctuating capacity. Not against it. Things that hold up through the hard weeks, not just the easy ones.

🤝

Relationships and communication

Navigating relationships (friendships, family, romantic partnerships, professional relationships) in ways that are authentic to how your brain actually works.

Burnout recovery and prevention

Understanding what led to burnout, rebuilding at a pace that's actually sustainable, and building the scaffolding that helps prevent the next crash.

DIAGNOSED
@ 39
AND THRIVING

HI, I’M JOSSELYN

I'm not here to fix you.
I'm here to work with you.

I was late-diagnosed at 39. The moment I understood I was autistic, it felt like every confusing, exhausting, isolating thing about my life finally had an explanation.

I spent the years after that building every tool, system, and framework I wished someone had handed me at diagnosis. Everything I offer grew out of that work and out of listening to hundreds of autistic adults who needed the same things I did.

My coaching is community-sourced, shame-free, and built entirely around your autistic brain, not neurotypical expectations.

Simple, flexible, built around you.

There's no fixed package or one-size-fits-all program here. Coaching is scoped to what you actually need.

01

Free · 30 minutes

We start with a free consult.

Before anything else, we get on a call to talk about where you are, what you're working on, and whether working together makes sense. There's no pressure and no commitment. It's just a conversation. If it's a good fit, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If it's not, I'll do my best to point you toward something that is.

02

Tailored to you

We build a plan together.

If we decide to move forward, we'll figure out a structure that actually fits your life. How often we meet, what we focus on, how long we work together. Coaching is flexible because your needs aren't fixed. Some people come with a specific goal. Some come wanting to work through something bigger. Both are fine.

03

Ongoing

We do the actual work.

Sessions are collaborative, you lead, I follow. We work through what's actually coming up for you, build systems and strategies together, and adjust as we go. This isn't a program you follow. It's a working relationship that adapts to where you are.

04

Yours to keep

You leave with something real.

The goal isn't that you need me forever. It's that you walk away with a clearer understanding of yourself and a set of tools, systems, and strategies you can actually use. When you're ready to go it alone, you'll be ready.

A few things people ask.

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is scoped per client. There's no fixed package or price. We'll talk through what makes sense on the consult call, based on what you're working on and how much support you want. No surprises.

How long do people typically work with you?

It varies a lot. Some people come with a specific goal and we work together for a few months. Others want ongoing support over a longer period. We'll figure out what makes sense for you, and you can always adjust as we go.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. A formal diagnosis isn't required or expected. If you relate to the autistic experience (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still figuring it out) you're welcome here.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and doesn't replace it. If you're working with a therapist, coaching can complement that work, but it's a different thing. If you're unsure whether coaching or therapy is the right fit, we can talk through it on the consult call.

What does a session actually look like?

Sessions are conversational and you lead the agenda. We might work through something specific that came up that week, dig into a bigger pattern, build a system together, or just think through a decision. It's flexible and responsive to what you actually need.

What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me?

That's exactly what the free consult is for. There's no commitment, no pressure, and no pitch. We'll just talk, and if it's not the right fit (for any reason). I'll tell you honestly.

Let's see if we're a good fit.

The consult call is free, low-pressure, and genuinely just a conversation. If working together makes sense, we'll figure out what that looks like. If it doesn't, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward something that might help more.
