My Coaching Praxis
A realization of autism is just the first step (albeit a big one) in a process that I like to call autistic integration. Autism explains so many things about your experience and your past struggles!
But there is more work to be done to fully “integrate” an understanding of your autism and everything that goes with it.
You’ve been trying to fit neurotypical norms so far, and clearly that hasn’t worked, so how do you live autistically? What does that even look like?
The end goal is to design a life that works for your brain, promotes wellbeing and minimizes burnout.
That can involve
Examining your internalized shame and ableism to make way for self acceptance
Getting in touch with your needs and learning self advocacy
Develop a toolbox of coping skills for nervous system regulation
Reconnecting with joys, passions, strengths
Finding autistic community and building relationships
Building life maintenance systems that support you
Generally learning how to be a happy little weirdo
Here’s an example of how that could look step-by-step in coaching
This is just one example, and because there is so much variation to the autism spectrum, it will look slightly different for every client, and it’s important that you work within your autistic traits, struggles, and strengths.
Depending on the length of the coaching engagement, we may work on just one or two aspects listed above, or more. I usually recommend working in order of urgency, so dealing with whatever feels most urgent or important to address first.

I offer a sliding scale for coaching at three different tiers
$50, $90, or $150 per sixty minute session
I offer a 10% discount for coaching packages of 6 sessions or more
